Why won't my iPhone let me use the app ID's but or the internet?

iphone won't let me use apps id no internet.

I get "not connected to internet " . I know this but want to use apps on cellular. How do I do that?

Without Internet access, you will not be able to "use apps on cellular" or Wi-Fi. Now if your cellular service includes a data plan then make sure the app has access to cellular data via the cellular settings on the iPhone.
