Having problems with cut,copy,paste it's not comning up select and select all and speak is

When I try to cut copy paste like normal after dragging blue dots down it comes up so fast I can't click on it but then the select,select all,speak comes up

Try pressing and holding on a single one until you see the option to copy. After that drag the dot to the appropriate spot. The copy option should remain visible.
