    My old phone is completely dead, and my voice memos were not synced with iTunes so I thought that I had lost them. I downloaded a free trial version of a data recovery tool which showed me that the voice memos are saved on my iCloud backup. If I want to recover them though, I will have to pay for this tool which is pretty expensive. So my question is; if I get a new iPhone and set it up from my iCloud backup, will the voice memos show up automatically, thereby making this recovery tool a waste of money?

    If the voice memos are included in an iCloud backup, why would you need to pay to retrieve them? You do not need a recovery tool to restore an iCloud backup.
