i cant download apps on my iphone and so i tried to sign in and out of my apple id and now i cant sign back in.

Welcome to iMore! Are you getting an error message when you try to sign back in? If you're getting an incorrect password message go to http://iforgot.apple.com, reset your password, then try logging into App Store again on your iPhone.
