Having trouble getting movies and TV shows to play.

I wasn't having any problems until a few days ago when I kept getting captcha popups and the I was asked if I wanted to download the new version. Now it says I'm using the Torrents server and tells me to download. Still can't get any movies or TV shows to play.

I'm going to assume you're not using iTunes to download the movies and TV shows. It that a fair assumption?

Now it says I'm using the Torrents server and tells me to download. Still can't get any movies or TV shows to play.

What is the "it" you're referring to, and what device are you using in your attempt to download movies or TV shows?
