I had purchased my first home and my first new car. I had a burgundy Motorola flip phone. That was the shiniest phone and I loved it so much. I had no idea what a Blackberry was. I was pickin' in high cotton. Partying like it was 1999️
I was 9/10, no cell phone. I remember the answering machine though. I can't even remember if I had a calculator though, at the time I think we shared them at school. My mom had a cell phone though.
I was in 10th grade and had a TI-89 calculator. If you were found to have a cell phone in my school at that time you were immediately suspended for 2 weeks because they assumed everyone who had a pager or cell phone at that time was a drug dealer.
Haha, it would depend on the time of year to say if I was 9 or 10. If blackmagicwoman means this time of year in '99, I was 9, but I am an autumn/fall baby.9 or 10? Dude, you're killing me...(laughing)

I was 39 and had just moved from Ontario to Alberta. Owned a iMac G3 and had a brick for a cell phone. Believe it was a Motorola. There was no way you put it in a pocket. Had just finished buying my 3rd home. Was well into my career in the printing industry and was a production manager. Had just stated my other career as a firefighter & EMT.
Dude, my new grandpa moniker is really setting in right now...(laughing)
