I have added Malayalam language. Still can't type in Malayalam.

Try when the keyboard is up click on the globe icon on the keyboard to get access to the other installed keyboards, you might need to click past the smiley keyboard to see it.

Is that the same as Malay? If so, to Settings -> General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > scroll down to Malay
