Safari cannot open pages from Google searches, why?

Safari cannot open pages from google searches

My iphone's Safari can search google fine, but when I tap at results, it does nothing. It doesn't go anywhere.

It's a known bug.
Corrected yesterday with iOS 9.3.1
Install it, it's just a few megabytes
