    after installing the latest update, my iphone account ID has been frozen because I could not remember my password or the answers to security questions. Because this happened during an update, I've been unable to access the services on my phone at all. i can't even make a phone call. when i use my desk top to access my account, it says to try again later.

    If not, you may need to go directly in to one of their stores. Be sure to take your device and proof of purchase with you.
