To answer the thread question, call the nearest Apple Store. By the way, I'm assuming you're referring to a Genius Bar appointment. If not, please clarify. Thanks.

You want to call AppleCare at 1-800-275-2273 and they can make an appointment for you since you don't have an Apple ID yet.
