How can I delete Pending updates?

Pending updates

Help i have facebook on pending updates since yesterday i tried to delete it but they won't let me so what to do .....thank you .......

Welcome to iMore.

Did you try and delete it from the phones Settings? Also ensure that deleting apps isn't enabled in Restrictions. You can also try to reset all of your settings (this doesn't erase any data) by going to Settings, General, Reset, Reset All Settings.

Delete in Settings. Go to Settings > General > Usage > Manage storage > scroll to the App > Tap on the app> Tap delete.
Then go and make sure it's deleted on the screen. Then download it again from the App Store.
Mine does this some. A weak or malfunctioning wifi can cause this. Reset Network Settings can help.
