    I think my Iphone has been hacked as I am getting weird Screenshots of my phone screens from my boyfriend and he refuses to tell me how he got it. So he recently sent me the Screenshots of my blocked contacts list on my Iphone. We had a common apple ID which I guess is not signed in my device BUT
    On Icloud,his and my devices are accessible but I dont know how to find the blocked contacts in Icloud
    I am on OS 9.1 and use Iphone6

    He probably signed into iMessage with that user ID or restored a backup on his device. Smart man.

    You can see your blocked list in your device's settings.

    Messages: Settings→ Messages→ Blocked
    Phone: Settings → Phone → Blocked

    Select "Edit" to alter the list.
