i need to reset my password by e mail but i never get the email

i know my apple id but need to reset password, i cant anser the security questions so i request an email never get a email

Are you checking the secondary email used for resetting passwords? That's where mine went the first time I had to reset my Apple password, and I had forgotten that it was going to a secondary email address.

Welcome to iMore! Another thing you may want to check is if the email is possibly going into your junk mail.

The security questions are the one "you" set up so you *should* be able to answer them. Having said that, if you cannot recall the passcode and you can't access the email account that the recovery passcode is sent to then you are out of luck.

There's usually more than one security question. If you can get one right, Apple Support may help you. They did me.
