Jabra Classic bluetooth headset - not connecting automatically to Iphone 6s plus

Hi ,
New Jabra classic bluetooth headset is not connecting automatically to my iphone 6s Plus, each time i have to open setting - bluetooth and then manually have to select Jabra device, instead why its not connecting automatically ? once the bluetooth is ON.
please assist?

Try forgetting the device and then re-pair the headset with your iPhone to see if that helps.
