My toolbar disappears and I can't click anywhere to find it when I need to edit, bookmark, etc

This happens most often in facebook, but in gmail, yahoo, google, etc

Being that we don't know what device this is occurring on, I recommend you try rebooting the device. Hopefully, that'll fix the problem for you.
