    Welcome to iMore! It appears that you're entering an incorrect password. Those boxes are generated when the mail service rejects whatever you're typing in.
    Are you able to log in on other devices? What method are you using to access your mail account (Mail app, Safari, etc.)? If you're using the Mail app, have you tried removing the mail account in Preferences and then adding it back in?
