Why is my Calender closing and nothing responding on my laptop?

For 1, I opened my Calender to add a "New Event" for Feb. 9th @ 1:30pm. Instead of my laptop responding to the operation for that, the Calender app closed. 2. allot of the websites that I go to (my favourites/bookmarks), it is now saying that "The server shut down the connection to the internet, but my Wi-Fi is all the way up. 3. My T.V. was fine hooked up to my laptop until I unplugged my laptop this morning. I only unplugged it because it was finished charging. Now the T.V. screen says that it does not support the output format, video resolution and.or refresh rate being sent..... Then says Resolution mismatch! Change device's resolution. Like I said earlier,,, it was working perfectly fine since I paired it up with my laptop 3 days ago. The T.V. itself is a "LED, Dolby Digital, HDMI, something too small for me to read,,, and it's an Emerson. I don't understand???
