    I'm not getting any sound on FaceTime..I can not hear the person that I'm talking to ,neither does the person I'm talking to.how do I get the sound back?

    1. Check the volume buttons
    2. Check the mute switch
    3. Is the device connected to a Bluetooth device?
    4. Is anything covering the microphone?
