Can newly purchased songs be downloaded to my computer playlist if the phone plan has been cancelled?

I am changing from iPhone to a samsung phone but want to keep my i phone because I have hundreds of purchased songs on i and want to keep it as just a music phone After the iPhone plan has been cancelled can i still download newly purchased sons from my computers playlist?

If you purchased the songs from iTunes, then they are not contingent on your "phone plan". They are associated with your Apple ID and it doesn't matter what kind of phone you have active.

Just install iTunes on your computer, long in with your Apple ID, and download them there.

And if you intend to just use your iPhone as a WiFi device, you can continue to do that.
