    I have uninstalled iTunes, reset both the computer and the phone and so far nothing seems to be working. My device manager appears to show the USB drives are not recognizing my device properly. I searched online and one solution offered was to eject the phone and unplug the USB but I have no idea how to eject it other than through iTunes (it does not appear in iTunes). So in short, I have no idea how to fix this problem. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
