Driving me mad. - reload

On the net I am endlessly interupted by message that error occured and page had to be re loaded. Why is this happening? Is it curable by dinosaur like me?

1. What device are you using (i.e. iPhone 5, iPad Air, MacBook Pro)?
2. What browser are you using?
3. Have you tried clearing your browser history (visited web sites, cookies, cache, etc.)?
4. Is it happening only a particular web site or all web sites?
