I am getting call failed when I try to make a call. Why?

I am getting "call failed" when I try to make a call.

When I try to make a call I get a "call failed" message. It does this on all calls.

Make sure you have a cellular signal. You also may want to contact your wireless carrier just in case it is experiencing problems with its service or your account.
