how do I return to a normal screen after I zoomed in and it gets stuck there

my screen is stuck on a large zoom. it wont return to its normal size. this means that I cannot to all areas of the screen and I cannot use its functions.

Welcome to iMore! Have you tried hard setting? Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. Hopefully that zooms things back out for you.
