How do I set it up permanently and perhaps add and delete members

Welcome to iMore! One way is to creat a contact with the name of your mailing list. Under the email address field, type in all of the email addresses that you would like included in the list separated by a comma. For example, bob@mail.com,keith@mail.com,don@mail...rrick@mail.com. Whenever you need to send out an email just add the contact you created.
I should state that this should work but it's been quite some time since I last tried it. There are also some solutions available in the App Store (just search for "mailing list") but I haven't tried any of them personally. Perhaps someone around here has and can make a recommendation.
