Like the screen area the most for sure and that it has a home button. I have been a fan of the 6/6s design but have always like the 5s design the best which that looks closer too. The thinness would scare me, as it would most likely mean a smaller battery and possible bending issues. But overall it is pleasant on the eyes.

Personally whilst the face looks great, the thinness is just ridiculous. I hope we don't see anything thinner than the current iteration, I really don't. Without a case, I find it hard to grip the current iPhone 6 in my big hands, so any thinner means it will become unwieldy for me.

Too thin. The thin thing gets ridiculous. It doesn't need to be any thinner than the 6s/6s Plus. I'd rather see it a bit thicker with more battery life. And a flat screen that doesn't round or curve at the edges.
