    When I enter my email address I am told an account already exists. So I use it and enter in my password. Doesn't work so try two other passwords that I have and no success. I get the prompt to reset password so go through those steps. Next message says an email is being sent to me, check mail. Then another message comes on, saying no such address. What to do?

    Welcome to iMore! Did you buy this device new? Did you buy it used? It would help if we knew the whole situation with the device. To reset the password, you will need the email address used in the Apple ID. If you purchased it from someone, maybe it's their ID.
