I can't open an iphone, I have the name and id# i just don't know where to search

I can't slide to unlock it, so can't so any search on the phone itself

Do you mean you don't have the passcode to unlock the device? Name and AppleId can't help you get into the device.

If it's your device, you should know the pascode. If you can't remember it, we can't help you unfortunately.

If you bought/borrowed the device from someone else, ask them for the passcode to unlock the device.
