How to upgrade my iPad from iOS 5 to ios7

I cannot get on Facebook with my iPad unless my iOS is 7.1 or later.
I cannot get iTunes on my iPad unless it is upgraded to 7.1

Just do the upgrade then.. Its already ios 9.1 and i think 7.1 is years hehind time

Connect it to iTunes on your computer. It'll update to the latest software for your specific model.
