My facebook and fiance icons won't open--what do I do

My face book and finance stopped opening up--how do I fix that problem?

Welcome to iMore! Assuming you're using an iPhone or iPad try resetting your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. If that doesn't work, delete the app by long pressing on the app shortcuts until they start to wiggle and then tapping on the X next to the app. Once you've done that reinstall it through the App Store.
