    You can't natively, but you can copy blank spaces to overwrite the previous copied content. I'm sure they're 3rd-party apps that'll help, but I suspect they do the same thing. Other than that, you'll have to either reboot your iPhone or restore it.

    Just copy something benign or blank to clipboard, and it overwrites what was there. So if you have something on there you are concerned about, just copy something and it'll be gone.
