I am definitely a mini man... Easy to carry and fits in one hand...

After having had both, there were times when I preferred the iPad Mini and times when I preferred the non-mini iPad. If I were in the market for another iPad, I'd more than likely go with the non-Mini version.

I like the size and weight of the Mini, but when I got mine (first gen) it was a good bit lighter than the full size. I think for portability I still like the smaller one, but I will have to test the full size with it as weight has come down quite a bit.

In the end, much like D said, it's going to come down to personal preference Let us know what you decide!

I replaced the iPad 4 that the wife stole from me with a Mini. Replaced the Mini (3 ???) with an Air 2 because I couldn't see it as well as I liked. I also have a 6+, which is my first iPhone, which helped with the "portability". Debating on replacing the Air 2 with the Pro.
