on my iphone my stream and camera roll iconshave diappeared

I have no icons for photo stream or camera roll....so now I can not use the air drop. That is what I am trying to do...but realized my Photo Stream and camera roll was gone.

What OS are you on? Did you enable iCloud Photo Library? What all did you do?
