I was charging my phone and suddenly my phone blacked out .The strange thing is my phone is still working it can receive calls and getting notifictions just screen blacked out i searched on google and it said restart your phone but my phone still blacked out please help me guys.

The next thing I would try is to back it up via iTunes, then restore it as a new device, then restore the backup.

If it's a software glitch, doing sometihng like this, which imprints a fresh OS onto the device, should fix it.

If it still persists fater that, I would venture it's a hardware problem and your local Apple Store will have to get involved.
