    I live in Sierra Madre CA and my weather location says La Canada Flintridge CA

    Welcome to iMore! Are these two locations located close to each other? I'm assuming Bing utilizes location services to find a weather location that's closest to you. It may be that the latter location is the closest available. Most weather apps will let you manually add weather locations as well.
