Why isn't the sound on my earphones and earpods working on my iPhone?

iPhone sound for earphone and earpods arenot workin

Hi

Last week i had a water accident with my iphone, i had to replace te screen, but after i did it.. Earphones and EarPods are not working.. I can ear music ir ear a call conversation using the speaker, other than than.. Sound no es not work.

Any ideas? I replaced the handset and flex cable. But i wasnt luck.

Sorry about your accident. I've had a few close calls myself - which is why I always get applecare+.

Maybe the damage is more serious than the connector and cable. Could it be the system board?

Have you tried bluetooth headphones? That might be your only option.
