Why am I unable to move messages to my mailbox trash?

I try to delete my mail, but when I try a box pops up and says unable to move to mailbox trash. what's wrong?

I don not know, but it's possible that your email provider could be experiencing problems or you could bee having internet-related problems. You can try rebooting your iPhone and then try again. If it still doesn't allow you to move messages to your trash folder via your Mail app then give it time to clear itself.
