When trying to get your device unlocked your first stop should ALWAYS be the carrier. If they are unwilling or unable to unlock the device then you must go to a 3rd party vendor. For support of your unlocking issues you should go back to the 3rd party vendor you bought the code from.

I don't think your carrier can unlock your iPhone passcode. Follow the Apple Support article I posted in the other thread.
