Why do the date and time of reminders keep disappearing minutes after being installed?

the date and time of reminders keep disappearing minutes after being installed

When i set a reminder and add a date and time as to when i want to be reminded the reminder remains on the screen but the date and time disappears, how do I fix this?

I'm not having this issue. Have you tried restarting your device to see if that helps?
