    I can't figure out why my text tones won't go off when I get a text. Plz help me if you know.

    I don't know, however, you can check some things.

    1. Go to Settings - Sounds - Text tones, then verify that a tone is selected.
    2. Make sure that the Do Not Disturb feature is enabled.
    3. Make sure the mute switch isn't enabled.
    4. Go to Setting - Notifications - Messages and then make sure that notifications is enabled.
