    Suddenly I had no sound, just on FT. Advised to reset all settings. I now have sound but FT, after I enter Apple ID and pswd, displays "signing in" but only churns forever. I haven't been able to get any help fm Apple or use FT at all for nearly 3 days. Help!

    FT? What's that?
    What device?
    Have you tried a hard reset/reboot of the device?
    Reset network settings?

    They probably mean FaceTime.
