DropBox cannot "see" all the pictures in my photo file on my iPad running iOS 9.0.2?

When I save a JPEG to my iPad photo file and try to upload it to DropBox it is not "visible" to DropBox? I'm using an IPad 3 with iOS 9.0.2....?

Make sure it is a "Recognizable File" to dropbox.
