    If you're saying that the iCloud activation has been enabled, and you do not know the associated credentials, there is absolutely nothing that we can do for you except to try to use the iCloud password recovery feature via the iCloud website.

    Never heard that one before...

    If it's your phone, beg, borrow or steal (see what I did there?) a computer, log into your iCloud account and turn if off. It's the only way.
