I have encountered same problem. I updated to iOS 9 some fifteen hours ago. I problem is very annoying. I have not yet found a solution online. Heading to MAC Store soon to find a tech-head who can make it go away.

Just restart the phone and it will go away. This has happened to me before and restarting my iPhone solves it
