Why do my voice mails come up hours later?

my voice mail comes up hours later

My phone does not tell me there is a voice mail until hours later and then I have to call my phone to get to my voice mail. The message will not talk to me

Call your carrier and have them completely reset your Visual Voicemail so that you will have to set ip up again from scratch and that should so it. Good luck.
