Help with hyperlinks, powerpoint and subfolders

Hello,

At work we have a powerpoint presentation with multiple hyperlinks to numerous files. These files are located in different subfolders. These files are pdf/word/jpg files.

Most of us work on windows pc's (sorry). But now I would like be able to use this powerpoint presentation on an ipad. But how? How can I use this presentation and maintain the integrity of the hyperlinks and subfolders.
