Problem In Syncing my ipad using Windows 10

I downloaded a new CD and was trying to put it on my ipad but I keep getting this message pop up and don't know what to do

"The Ipad - Donna's Ipad2 is synced with another itunes library on DONNA-PC Do you want to erase this Ipad and sync with this itunes library?"

I replaced the hard drive and loaded Windows 10 on my computer and found I was missing Itunes so re-installed it. I don't want to erase anything and loose it all.

If you still have the old hard drive - you need to get it connected to your computer and copy the iTunes library from the old drive to your new one... then you should be able to sync to computer fine.
