Hi,

My iPhone 5s stopped charging and got very hot, I took it to a phone shop where they advised nothing was wrong other than the battery was deteriorating due to age and the lead was the issue. I purchased an official apple lead and charger, this did not charge the phone and it kept coming up with the not certified warning (I have also tried a number of other leads/chargers and non work) the lead and charger are working in other ios devices. I have replaced the battery and dock connector but I still have the same warning, I could not see a similar issue on the forum

Since you've already replaced the cord & charger, and battery & dock connector - if you've not tried a restore of the iOS - do that... and if issues persist, there may be hardware issues beyond the parts you already replaced.
