iPod Touch Stuck on Guided Access

I was using my phone on guided access mode and locked the screen to portrait view. When I triple-clicked the home button to disable it, the 'Enter Your Password' screen was on landscape. The only numbers that are available are only the numbers on the first two rows. The number 3, 6, and 9 were not. Now I cant key in my password and I'm stuck in an app. Help!

Was it zoomed? Try tapping the screen either twice or three times with 3 fingers.
