ex lied and played me once he rings ?

I will try to make a story short.
Two years ago I met a guy who lied and played me!
It turned out that the "guy" is married , just playing me, may challenge or just strengthening the ego ... I was heart really bad and depression. Very hard for me to trust people until someone came to me so strongly to heart

Once in ... he calls me I'm scared to see his number!. For him after a few months he suddenly called me ... I dont answer but sometimes it's really hard for me.

what to do? I'd love to any suggestion / solution
