    I have changed my wi fi modem. I am facing problem of connectivity. I have not much know-lag of computer. The same problem I am facing with my iphone 4 S. I need some one to guide me or tell where i may go to see Apple customer care.

    Did you purchase a Apple router? If not, what type of router/modem do you have?

    Your modem has the same problem as your iPhone 4s? Did you try to reboot the modem? Unplug it for about 1 minute. Then plug it back in and wait about 5 or 10 minutes and see if it works better. Check your connections as well. Do a hard reset on your phone.
    Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
    It won't help your modem, but it might your phone.
